Abstract

8‐Chlor‐11‐(4‐methyl‐1‐piperazinyl)‐5__H__‐dibenzo[b,e][1,4]diazepine (SDZ 100‐129, Clozapine) labeled with carbon‐14 in the 11‐position was prepared from 2‐aminobenzonitrile‐[cyano‐^14^C]. In addition, SDZ 100‐129 was also labeled with C^3^H~3~ in the methyl group of the 4‐methyl‐piperazine ring.
