✦ Synopsis
The synthesis of Agel 416, an acylpolyamine derived from the spider Agenolopsis aperta, has been achieved on solid support. Stepwise synthesis of the polyamine chain was accomplished using N-protected amino alcohols and the Fukuyama±Mitsunobu reaction.
