D-Homo-androstanon-(3)-01-( 1 7 a ) . ( D -H o m o -d i h y d r o -t e s t o s t e r o n ) . 120 mg D-Homo-androstanon-(3)-01-(17 a)-benzoat werden in 8 em3 4-proz. methanolischer Kalilauge 2 Stunden unter Riickfluss gekocht. Dann wird in Wasser gegossen, das ausfallende D-Homodihydro-testosteron abgenutscht und mehrmals aus Essigester-Hexan umkrystallisiert. Smp. 187-189 O.

Zur Analyse wird bei 85 O im Hochvakuum getrocknet.
