We quantitated magnesium concentration of pooled human peripheral mononuclear blood cell populations and individual human peripheral mononuclear blood cells by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy and electron probe Xray microanalysis, respectively. We found no significant difference ( p > .l) betwe
