The complete chemical synthesis of unsaturated precursors of eicosanoids of series 1,2,3 is described. Selective hydrogenation by gaseous tritium of eicosapolyenoic acid acetylenic analogues was used to introduce the label into dihomo-r-linolenic, arachidonic and timnodonic acids, from which f H ) G E , fH)PGD and rH]TXB2 were obtained by biosynthesis, From L3H ]PGE multiply labelled PGA, PGB, PGFa , PG12ME, 6-keto-PGFldME were synthesized by chemical methods.

## Abstract The one‐stage enzymatic synthesis of tritium‐labelled prostaglandin D~2~ from labelled arachidonic acid was performed by using the enzyme system PGH‐synthetase/PGH‐PGD‐isomerase. By enzymatic and chemical transformation of [^3^H]PGD~2~ the following compounds were obtained: 15‐keto‐13,1

## Abstract The synthesis of [1,1,3‐^3^H]‐2‐vinyl dihydrosphingosine‐1‐phosphate is described. The key step in this synthesis is the reduction of methyl 2‐trifluoro acetamido‐2‐vinyl nonadecanoate‐3‐one by means of ^3^H‐calcium diborohydride. This compound was synthesized to determine whether 2‐vin
