Treatment of methyl (‐)‐3β‐phenylnortropane‐2β‐carboxylate with [^3^H]CH~3~I afforded [^3^H]WIN 35,065‐2 with specific activity of 25 Ci/mmol, a new ligand for the cocaine recognition site.
