โฆ Synopsis
The laser molecular beam epltaxaal technique for formang superconducting than films and artaficaal lattices is presented Tunnel junctmns, supedatlaces and tailored thin films have been formed by the layer-by-layer method using this techmque In the junction of Au/BI2Sr2CuO6/BIESr2CaCu208, reproduoble tunnel spectra have been obtamed Strata effects are observed to reduce T c changes m YBa2Cu3OT/LaECuO 4 and La2CuO 4 superlattaces and tins effect is dascussed on the basis of the pressure effect of high T c cuprates The growth mechamsm of the BhSr2Can_lCunO2,+4 (n = 1-8) films m the order of unit cell, subumt cell and atomic layer has been revealed
