✦ Synopsis

Im Zusanunenhang mit der fur die Synthese von Srhlafmitteln wichtigen Arbeitshypothese, da5 Antioxydantien aurh .Errnu- dungsstoffe' sein konnen, wird die Einwirkung von Barbituraten, Phenothiazinen, zur Narkose benutzten Sexualhormonen (Steroid-Narkose) und Morphin auf Polyenfettsauren untersucht. Wahrend Barbiturate in vitro im Warburg-Apparat nur geringe Wirkungen zeigten, enviesen sich die iibrigen Heilmittel als Antioxydantien von teilweise kraftiger Wirkung.

Pro-et antioxyghes dans le domaine des lipides XV: L'action des mddicaments sur les acides gras polydnlques, II: Somnifhres En rapport avec l'hypothese de travail, importente pour la synthdse des somniferes, suivant laquelle les antioxygenes pourraient &galemant &re des uagents de fatiquea, on etudie l'action des barbiturates, des phenothiazines, des hormones sexuelles utilisees pour la narcose (narcose steroidique) et de la morphine sur les acides gras polyeniques. Si les barbiturates, in vitro, dans l'appareil de Warburg, n'ont present6 que des effets legers, les autres medicaments se sont reveles, en partie. comme des antioxygenes puissants.
