Canned single-strength grapefruit juice samples were collected biweekly from the main producing plant in Cuba during the 1980-81 to 1983--84 seasons. They were analyzed for "Brix, acid, naringin and limonin content and evaluated for sensory quality. Average values for each quality factor vary from s
