Following recent works on continuous-time nonlinear H,-control, where connections with game theory and passivity conditions have k e n set, the present paper studies the corresponding problem for discretetime systems. The paper describes sufficient conditions for the existence and the construction o

β¦ Synopsis
We investigate the asymptotic properties of nonlinear discrete-time control systems with fast subsystems. In particular, we use the averaging method in order to construct a limiting system for the slow subsystem. We show continuous dependence of the slow trajectories on the perturbation parameter measuring the ratio of the di erent step sizes. As a byproduct we get an exponential formula for the reachable set of nonlinear continuous time control systems with ΓΏnite control range.

ln this note a method is presented for doing discrete time adaptive control of a nonlinear system which is given by a cascade connection ofa preload nonlinearity followed by a linear system. It is shown that the algorithm will ensure that the closed loop system is globally convergent with a specific
