ln this note a method is presented for doing discrete time adaptive control of a nonlinear system which is given by a cascade connection ofa preload nonlinearity followed by a linear system. It is shown that the algorithm will ensure that the closed loop system is globally convergent with a specific

✦ Synopsis
Following recent works on continuous-time nonlinear H,-control, where connections with game theory and passivity conditions have k e n set, the present paper studies the corresponding problem for discretetime systems. The paper describes sufficient conditions for the existence and the construction of a feedback law which imposes a prescribed level of disturbance attenuation with internal stability. Both cases of state feedback and measurement feedback are considered.

In this paper we consider discrete-time, linear stochastic systems with random state and input matrices which are subjected to stochastic disturbances and controlled by dynamic output feedback. The aim is to develop an H-type theory for such systems. For this class of systems a stochastic bounded re

## Abstract The robust feedback stabilization of a class of nonlinear discrete‐time systems with unknown constant state‐delay and uncertain function of nonlinear perturbations is considered based on linear matrix inequality (LMI)‐based analysis and design procedures. In both cases of nominal and re
