## Abstract The chlorine disinfection by‐products, dichloroacetic acid (DCA) and trichloroacetic acid (TCA), are carcinogenic in mouse liver. We have previously reported that DCA and TCA induced DNA hypomethylation in mouse liver. In the present study, we determined the temporal association for DNA
