✦ Synopsis
In the title compound, [Ni(C 6 H 14 N 2 )(C 6 H 16 N 2 )(H 2 O) 2 ]Cl 2 Á-2H 2 O, the cation lies about a twofold rotation axis. The octahedral complex cation is linked to the Cl À anions by hydrogen bonds to form a layer structure.

In the title compound, [Ni(C 6 H 16 N 2 ) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ]Cl 2 , the Ni II cation (site symmetry 1) is coordinated by two N,N-bidentate ligands and two water molecules, resulting in a slightly distorted trans-NiO 2 N 4 octahedron. The complex cations and chloride anions are linked by N-HÁ Á ÁCl and O-H
In the title centrosymmetric dinuclear complex, [Ni 2 (NCS) 2 -(C 10 H 15 N 3 ) 2 ](ClO 4 ) 2 , each Ni II ion is pentacoordinated by the pyridine N, imine N, and amine N atoms of the Schiff base ligand, and by the terminal N and S atoms from two bridging thiocyanate ligands, forming a slightly dist
