The title " 3 -Cl dicapped trisilver compound, [Ag 3 Cl 2 -(C 25 H 22 P 2 ) 3 ][SbF 6 ]Á2CH 2 Cl 2 , exhibits distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination with two " 3 -Cl atoms at the apices. The Ag I atoms are four-coordinated and exhibit a tetrahedral geometry.

In the title compound, [Cu 4 Br 4 (C 17 H 14 NP) 4 ]Á6CH 2 Cl 2 , the centrosymmetric Cu 4 Br 2 group is in a slightly distorted plane, forming a shuttle-like structure. Each of the Cu I ions is coordinated by two Br, N and P atoms, with metal±metal bonds between neighbouring Cu atoms.

In the title complex, [Sn 4 (C 7 H 5 Cl 2 ) 8 (CH 3 O) 2 Cl 2 O 2 ], the O atoms and the methoxy groups bridge four Sn atoms to form a tetranuclear complex which is located on an inversion centre. Each Sn atom assumes a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry.
