The potential of near-infrared (NIR) reflectance spectroscopy for discriminating between coffee beverage prepared from pure Arabica, pure Robusta and blends of these two varieties was investigated. Dried beverages were produced by both lyophilisation and air-drying under vacuum on glass-fibre filter
