โœฆ Synopsis


A method is described for the separation and assay of radiolabeled glycosaminoglycuronans (GAGS) from cell culture medium. Following papain digestion and precipitation with cetylpyridinium chloride onto cellulose ester filter membrane, hyaluronic acid can be separated from sulfated GAGS by selective elution with HCI.
