A simple method for preparing s-32P-labeled nucleoside-5'-triphosphates of high specific activity is presented. Unprotected nucleosides are heated dry with urea and inorganic phosphate. The products from such reactions are phosphorylated enzymatically.

A simple, rapid, and inexpensive method is described for the synthesis of gamma-32P-labeled ribo- or deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates. The procedure involves chemical synthesis of [32P]acetylphosphate and subsequent phosphorylation of nucleoside diphosphates using acetate kinase (EC 2.7.2.1) and a
## Abstract A simple and rapid procedure for the preparation of [16,16‐^2^H~2~]‐and [16,16,17‐^2^H~3~]testosterone of high isotopic purity is described. [16,16‐^2^H~2~]DehydrOepiandrosterone is obtained by base‐catalysed exchange; reduction of the 17‐keto group using lithium aluminium hydride or li
The importance of nucleoside 5'-di-and triphosphates for the synthetic processes of the cell has led to the development of numerous chemical (l-3) and enzymic (47) methods for their preparation. Although these methods have obvious advantages, each is subject to limitations. Thus, the chemical proce
