Abstract

In this article, a new slot antenna with a quasi‐spiral slot is proposed.A simple microstrip line feed is used to excite the slot antenna. Measurement results show that 10 dB return loss bandwidth and 3 dB axial ratio bandwidth of the proposed antenna are 87 and 43%, respectively. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. ## Abstract A new broadband single‐fed circularly polarized (CP) wide‐slot antenna is presented in the letter. The antenna is composed of a wide‐slot, with a T‐shaped stub and a microstrip T‐junction. The CP operation is realized by the interaction from the T‐shaped stub on the wide‐slot and the T‐

## Abstract A new broadband circularly polarized (CP) square slot antenna with coplanar waveguide fed is proposed. Two symmetrical E‐shaped slits embedded in opposite corners of ground plane are designed to obtain an excellent CP bandwidth. Simulated results show that the broadband performance is f
