The acid phosphatase isoenzyme patterns of extracts of seeds from Brassica oleracea subspecies and Brussels sprouts cultivars have been analysed . In view of the inhomogeneity of most seed material, the extracts must be prepared from single seeds if the patterns are to be used for taxonomic classifi
