## Abstract The synthesis of six useful auxins labelled with tritium is described. The following compounds were prepared: 3‐indoleacetic acid‐5‐^3^H (28.9 Ci‐1.07 TBq/mmol), 3‐indolebutyric acid‐5‐^3^H (7.3 Ci‐270 GBq/mmol), 1‐naphthylacetic acid‐4‐^3^H (27.6 Ci‐1.02 TBq/mmol), 2,4‐dichlorophenoxya

✦ Synopsis
Abstract
2′,3′‐Dideoxythymidine, 2′,3′‐dideoxyadenosine, 2′,3′‐dideoxycytidine‐5′‐phosphonate, thymidine‐5′‐phosphonate, labelled with tritium in the carbohydrate residue; thymidine‐5′‐methylphosphonate labelled in the methyl of the phosphonate group and 2′,3′‐dideoxyadenosine labelled in the base and/or carbohydrate residue were prepared by hydrogenolysis with tritium gas. The reaction of solid state catalytic hydrogenation was studied and tritium‐labelled azydothymidine, azydothymidine‐5′‐phosphonate, acyclovire, acyclovire‐5′‐phosphonate were synthesized. A number of general approaches to the synthesis of tritium‐labelled terminators of DNA synthesis were formulated.

## Abstract The reaction conditions for the incorporation of tritium into zaleplon have been investigated. The methods studied were the catalytic isotope exchange reaction with tritium gas and catalytic isotope exchange reaction with tritiated water. The results showed that the latter method was th
