## Abstract The interaction of tRNA with Eu(III) has been studied by optical and gel electrophoretic tecfhniques. At low levels (less than six metals per tRNA), Eu(III) stabilizes yeast tRNA^Phe^ against thermal denaturation; however, at higher levels (about eight to ten Eu/tRNA) the tRNA is destab
