✦ Synopsis

The synthesis of the four following analogues of Bradykinine is described in detail:H‐Arg‐Pro‐Gly‐Phe‐Ser‐Pro‐Phe‐Arg‐OH, H‐Arg‐Pro‐Pro‐Phe‐Gly ‐Ser ‐Phe‐Arg‐OH, H‐Arg‐Pro‐Gly‐Pro‐Phe‐Ser‐Phe‐Arg‐OH and H‐Arg‐Pro‐Gly‐Phe‐Ser‐Phe‐Arg‐OH. The first of these peptides exhibited a small bradykinin‐like activity. The three others were inactive.
