Abstract

1‐(3,4‐Dichlorophenyl)‐3‐(methylamino)propanol hydrochloride, 1, a potential antidepressant, was synthesized by a two‐step method in the [^3^H]‐labelled form with specific activity 12.5 mCi/mmol suitable for drug metabolism and disposition studies (1).
