Abstract
Synthesis of LL, DD and LD stereoisomers of di‐myo‐inositol‐1,1′‐phosphate (DIP) could be realised by phosphitylation of properly protected L‐ or D‐myo‐inositol derivatives. It was also established that naturally occurring (+)‐DIP has the LL‐configuration.
