✦ Synopsis
Anatoxin-a analogue was prepared by resolution of aminoacid 1 using chiral (R)-4-phenyl-oxazolidin-2thione as derivatizing agent. X-ray diffraction of a diastereomer allowed us to determine its absolute configuration. The synthesis could then be completed in few steps followed by introduction of an amide linker bearing a terminal alkyne in order to attach a carrier protein for monoclonal antibodies production.

An enzymatically stable analogue of AZT-triphosphate is prepared in 7 steps starting from thymidine. The thymine moiety is thnctionalized at N 3 to allow the further cross-linking to a carrier protein for subsequent immunization of rabbits in order to raise specific antibodies directed against AZT-T
## Abstract We describe a new format for surface‐based fluoroimmunoassays that allows detection of biomolecule interactions without separation steps. The bioactive layer was immobilized on the surface of a glass substrate covered with silver islands that provide optical amplification of the distinc
The increasing use of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) in diagnostic reagents necessitates efficient and cost-effective mAb production methods. In blood banks, one of the most routinely used reagents is the antihuman IgG reagent used for the detection of nonagglutinating antibodies. Here we report the p
