β¦ Synopsis
Newly prepared ruthenium(I1) complexes, RuL3, containins 3,3'-bipyridazine. 6,6'-dimethy13,4'-bipyrimidinc. and 4-methyl-2_(2'-pyridyl)pyrimidine as li_eands (L) were studied by absorption and emission spectroscopy as well as by cyclic voltammetry. The metal-to-ligand charge-transfer absorption spectra and the photocatalytic ability of these KuL3 complexes were discussed on the basis of the redor properties of L and RuL3.

In this paper, the new complexes are compared with mor
