An anti-double-stranded (ds) DNA antibodies in serum-detection system was developed based on flow immunoassay with packed-capillary column. Alkaline phosphatase conjugated DNA (ALP-DNA) and anti-dsDNA antibody were separated from unreacted ALP-DNA on the basis of the difference in isoelectric point.
