β¦ Synopsis
A simulation procedure of noise figure (NF) of nonlinear amplifiers is developed. NF is defined in terms of the effective signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at the output of a nonlinear amplifier. The effective output SNR when the input consists of a communication signal plus Gaussian noise is evaluated through the identification of the effective output noise and nonlinear distortion power using the orthogonalization of the nonlinear model. The approach is useful for the assessment of noise performance of low-noise amplifiers in wireless systems. V

## Abstract A radialβbasis function neural network (RBFNN) approach is proposed for predicting the nonlinear behaviors of gallium nitride (GaN) Doherty amplifier. Sampled input and output data from a designed GaN Doherty amplifier were used to train and test the proposed RBFNN model. Comparison of
Most empirically defined properties such as octane numbers blend non-linearly. That is, when measured properties of the components are combined in proportion to their amounts in the blend, the results can differ substantially from measured blend properties. Physical blending obeys certain common-se
