## Abstract Grb10 is a member of a superfamily of adapter proteins that includes Grb10, 7, 14, and a protein of __Caenorhabditis elegans__ called Mig10. Grb10 proteins are binding partners for several trans‐membrane tyrosine‐kinase receptors, including the insulin‐like growth factor receptor (IGF‐I
