## Abstract Mild intramolecular hydroacylation of Ξ±,α‐disubstituted 4‐alkylidenecyclopropanals, such (I), (VII), and (IX) is described avoiding decarbonylation and affording cycloheptenones (II), (VIII), and (X) in good yields.
