## Abstract Proton abstraction from 1,3โ€butadiene by strong anionic bases in a Fourierโ€transform ionโ€cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer at relatively low pressure, yields an isomeric mixture of 1โ€ and 2โ€butadienyl anions.
