✦ Synopsis
The title compound, [Cu(C 19 H 20 N 2 O 4 )], is a mononuclear copper(II) Schiff base complex. The Cu II ion is surrounded by two imine N and two phenolate O atoms of the tetradentate ligand in a square-planar coordination with a slight tetrahedral distortion. The dihedral angle between the CuN 2 and CuO 2 planes is 25.07 (9) .
