✦ Synopsis

Use of a rwel ccupliw reagent, N,N-bi$2-oxo-3-oxazolidinyllphosphorcdiamidic chloride (BUPCC) in the synthesis of oligc&.oxy~-ibonucleotides is described. This reagent allm the synthesis of phosphotriesters in high yields (70-m) without detectable side reactions. Synthesis of a hexanucleotide, d(A-A-C-C-C-G) is prwf~tfzd as an example.
