## Abstract Plasmaβtreated polyβ__p__βxylylene films have been characterized by neutron activation oxygen analysis, internal reflection (IRS) and transmission infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and surface contact angle measurements. The results indicate that an oxygen p
