β¦ Synopsis
No attempt will be made by the authors to discriminate between induction or acceleration of the neoplasms discussed in this paper. It appears that pulmonary tumors which occur spontaneously in RFM mice in high incidence late in life are " accelerated " rather than " induced ". The other tumors are probably induced, although spontaneous thymic lymphoma and myeloid leukemia occur in low incidences.
