A method for measuring keto acid concentrations in physiological fluids using an amino acid analyzer was developed. AAer preliminary deproteinization and removal of amino acids, reduction with sodium cyanoborohydride at IOYC resulted in efficient convemion of the keto acids to their corresponding am
