โฆ Synopsis
Influence of the concentration of the main organic acids of wine on the cations adsorption of bentonites in synthetic wine I. Arvanitoyannis', P. Fronimos2 and E. psOmiadou3
The influence of concentration of the main organic acids such as tartaric, malic, citric, and succinic acids on the cation content (Ca, Mg, Fe. Cu, Zn and Mn) during treatment with optimum mass of two bentonites (Calcium and Calcium-Sodium) in synthetic wine, is studied. Only in case of succinic acid, a lower Fe absorption is obberved, probably due to its weaker acid character, compared to other acids.
