The feasibility of delivering triptorelin ]LHRH) by transdermal iontophoresis was evaluated in vitro. Peptide electrotransport at different current densities and donor concentrations was measured across porcine ear skin. The concomitant delivery of an electroosmotic marker enabled calculation of the
