## Summary Black mulberry juice was concentrated by different heating methods including conventional heating and microwave heating at different operational pressures (7.3, 38.5 and 100โkPa). The effects of each method of heating on the quality attributes of the concentrated juice were investigated.
This paper reports the preparation and characterization of sustained release sodium diclofenac microparticles by spray drying. Aqueous dispersions of ethyl cellulose (Sureleaseยฎ) and Eudragit RS 30 Dยฎ were evaluated as controlled release polymers. The product properties (product moisture, size distr
