โœฆ Synopsis

This paper describes the development of a riding simulator for two-wheeled vehicles, which use to analyze the human factor of riders. We have already produced longitudinal motion of the simulator system. Therefore, in this study, we constructed a model for lateral motion of simulator system using transfer function from the equations of motion and scale factor from the results of experiments. And finally, we confirmed the total simulator system using riders' heart rate when they control the riding simulator.

Reduction of meshing effort is one of the key issues for the practical CFD. In order to treat this problem, an FEM solver using all tetrahedral elements, which leads to automatic grid generation and solution adaptive mesh, is applied to the flow around an automobile. A new Axial Piston Pump Coupling (AXC-II) with Auto Lockup mechanism for 4WD vehicles was developed by Fuji Univance Corporation for the first time in the world. The torque characteristic of this AXC-II is proportional to the square of speed difference and automatically locks predetermined torque. T
