โฆ Synopsis
A new Axial Piston Pump Coupling (AXC-II) with Auto Lockup mechanism for 4WD vehicles was developed by Fuji Univance Corporation for the first time in the world. The torque characteristic of this AXC-II is proportional to the square of speed difference and automatically locks predetermined torque. Therefore, AXC-II can improve driving performance on slippery roads and avoid tight corner braking of 4WD vehicles of the same size. In addition, vehicles with AXC-II can run continuously on rough ground without special driving techniques. This paper presents the AXC-II, its structure, principle of operation and merits for vehicles.
