Crystals of tetrahydrodipicolinate-N-succinyltransferase have been obtained from solutions containing 2-propanol and polyethylene glycol 4,000. These crystals belong to the monoclinic space group P2,, diffract X-rays to a resolution of 2.2 A, and contain one trimer per asymmetric unit.

β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
The recombinant human p38 MAP kinase has been expressed and purified from both Escherichia coli and SF9 cells, and has been crystallized in two forms by the hanging drop vapor diffusion method using PEG as precipitant. Both crystal forms belong to space group __P__2~1~2~1~2~1~. The cell parameters for crystal form 1 are a = 65.2 Γ , b = 74.6 Γ and c = 78.1 Γ . Those for crystal form 2 are a = 58.3 Γ , b = 68.3 Γ and c = 87.9 Γ . Diffraction data to 2.0 Γ resolution have been collected on both forms.

## Abstract The 38βkDa lipoprotein is one of the most potent cell surface immunogens of __Mycobacterium tuberculosis__ in antibodyβand T cellβmediated reactions. Using a pure recombinant form of the protein, we have recently shown that it binds phosphate much like that of the phosphateβbinding prot
The quorum sensing (QS) systems in Gram-negative bacteria are mostly associated with diffusible N-acyl-l-homoserine lactones (AHLs). AHL-degrading enzymes hydrolyze the AHLs into inactive molecules, thereby blocking the QS systems that are closely linked to virulence factor production and biofilm fo

We have crystallized the Nterminal actin binding domain (ABD1) of human fimbrin, a representative member of the largest class of actin crosslinking proteins. Diffraction from these crystals is consistent with the orthorhombic space group P2 1 2 1 2 1 (a 5 50.03 Γ , b 5 61.24 Γ , c 5 102.30 Γ ). These c
