The crystal structure of the title complex, [Mn(C 9 H 9 NO 2 ) 2 ]Á-0.5H 2 O, contains two Mn IV units related by a twofold rotation axis and linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds to a water molecule lying on this twofold axis.
