✦ Synopsis

In the title complex, [Zn(C 17 H 12 NO) 2 ], the Zn II ion is coordinated by two N,O-bidentate ligand molecules in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The crystal packing may be stabilized by weak C-HÁ Á ÁCg interactions [Cg is a ring centroid; HÁ Á ÁCg = 2.95 A ˚].
