✦ Synopsis

Preparation of heterocyclic substituted styryl derivatives of 2H‐1,2,3‐triazole.

Anile aus 2‐Phenyl‐4‐formyl‐2H‐1,2,3‐triazolen und o‐oder p‐Chloranilin können mit p‐tolyl‐substituierten aromatischen Heterocyclen in Gegenwart von Dimethylformamid und Kaliumhydroxid bzw. Kalium‐t‐butylat in die entsprechenden heterocyclisch substituierten Styryl‐Verbindungen übergeführt werden («Anil‐Synthese»). Zur Erzielung guter Ausbeuten muss das Reaktionsgemisch anfänglich mit ultraviolettem Licht bestrahlt werden. Die Darstellung heterocyclisch substituierter 4‐(2H‐1,2,3‐Triazol‐2‐ bzw. ‐4‐yl)‐styrol‐Verbindungen gelingt mit Natriummethylat ohne UV.‐Licht.
