✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Anile aromatischer Aldehyde können mit 2 Mol‐Äquiv. 2,5‐Dichlortoluol oder mit 2 Mol‐Äquiv. in 2‐Stellung durch 3‐Chlor‐4‐methyl‐phenyl substituierte 2__H__‐Benzotriazole, 2__H__‐Naphtho[1,2‐d]triazole, Oxazole oder Benzoxazole in Gegenwart von Dimethylformamid und Kaliumhydroxid in die entsprechenden 1,2,3‐Triarylpropan‐Derivate übergeführt werden. Der Chlorsubstituent in o‐Stellung zur Methylgruppe bestimmt wesentlich gute Ausbeuten und einen leichten Reaktionsverlauf, welcher weiterhin durch Abwesenheit von Licht begünstigt, in vielen Fällen erst ermöglicht wird.
