β¦ Synopsis
An equilibrium microdialysis method has been developed using polyacrylamide gel. Use of 20% sucrose solutions and methyl Cellosolve provides easy preparation of polyacrylamide gels. Dialysis is complete within 2-2.5 h at 20Β°C. The method can be used for studies of binding ligands to substances with molecular weight over 20,000.
