✦ Synopsis
In the molecular structure of the title compound, C~8~H~7~N~5~O~3~S, the thiazole ring is oriented with respect to the barbituric acid ring at a dihedral angle of 5.14 (9)°. In the crystal structure, intermolecular N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules, forming a layer parallel to the ac plane.

In the title compound, C 16 H 13 Cl 3 N 6 O 3 S, the substituted triazole ring is bound via a methylene bridge to a chlorothiazole unit. There is evidence for significant electron delocalization in the triazolyl system. Both intra-and intermolecular hydrogen bonds are found in the structure.
In the crystal structure of the title compound, C 10 H 17 N 3 O 2 S, the packing of the molecules is mainly a result of two types of O-HÁ Á ÁN hydrogen-bonding interactions, forming a twodimensional network.
