The ground state rotational spectra of CH 2 |CH 35 Cl and CH 2 |CH 37 Cl have been measured in the millimeter-wave and submillimeter-wave ranges. These new data have been used to improve notably the accuracy of the rotational and centrifugal distortion constants. Finally an ab initio structure has b
The first measurements of the millimeter-and submillimeter (mm/submm)-wave rotational-torsional transitions in the v 3 ϭ 1 ground torsional state (n ϭ 0) of hydrogen peroxide are reported. The 149 newly measured transitions extend from 72 to 623 GHz in frequency and up to J ϭ 32 and K a ϭ 3 in rotat
## Abstract The ^1^H n.m.r. spectrum of 3‐methyl‐2‐oxo‐1,4‐dioxepane was recorded at 300 and 60 MHz. The ring conformation was considered in terms of the spectral parameters and shown to be a twisted boat where the lactone grouping is approximately planar.
