The hitherto unknown compounds 5-(2-Pyridyl) -t hiazole and 2-(N-Thiof ormyl-w-aminoacety1)-pyridine have been synthesized. The stability constants of the Cu2+-1 : 1complexes of 5-(2-P yridyl) -t hiazole , 2-(2-P yridyl) -t hiazole and 4-(2-Pyrid yl) -t hiazole have been measured and are discussed.

Preudenberg und Eichel, aufgekocht. Die fast farblose Lasung wurde mit Natiiumsulfat getrocknet und unter 0,l mm destilliert. 6 g gaben eine bei 115-116° siedende Fraktion von 3,5 g, die noch 3-mal unter Entfernung des Vorund Nachlaufs destilliert wurden. Zuletzt wurde 3-mal bei 200 Atm. abgeprelt,
